Debra Stasson Founder and CEO
As the founder of MSI, the first business affairs consulting company of its kind, Debbie is well known and respected throughout the entertainment industry. She has held management roles in the business affairs departments of Orion, Tristar and Disney. Debbie obtained her J.D. from the University of Michigan.

Michael Viebrock
Mike is an industry veteran with extensive experience structuring complex co-production, distribution and financing agreements for TV and feature film projects. Prior to joining MSI, he held several executive level positions over the course of a 17-year career at Sony. Mike obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.

Sarah Santos
A seasoned practitioner with broad business affairs experience, Sarah is a former VP of Business and Legal Affairs at Karga Seven Pictures. Before that she served as an associate in the entertainment law division of the Rosen Law Group. Sarah obtained her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.

Sharon Bell
As a result of her work in business and legal affairs at USA Cable, NBC Universal and CBS, Sharon has wide-ranging experience drafting agreements for TV shows, miniseries, and TV movies. Sharon obtained her J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law.

Kathleen Hricik
A specialist in supporting content for children, Kathleen has held positions as the EVP of International Program Enterprises at MTV Networks and the EVP of North and South America for TV, Home Entertainment, and Licensing at Entertainment Rights Plc. Kathleen obtained her B.S. from West Virginia University.
